Job Summary:

AI Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research in

  machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning

  .
• Design and develop

  novel algorithms, architectures, and AI models

  to solve complex problems.
• Analyze research outcomes, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to transition research into deployable solutions.
  
• Publish research papers and contribute to

  academic journals or AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.)

  .

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Ph.D. with published papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals.
  
• Experience in

  Generative AI, LLMs, or foundation models

  (e.g., GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion).
• Familiarity with

  reinforcement learning, self-supervised learning, or multimodal models

  .
• Understanding of

  MLOps

  and deploying research models in production environments.
• Experience with

  distributed computing

  or

  GPU acceleration

  for large-scale model training.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data infrastructure tools.
