Job Summary

AI/ML Engineer with strong Python development skills

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development

• Develop, train, optimize, and deploy

  Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP

  models.
• Build end-to-end

  AI/ML pipelines

  including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
• Implement

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  pipelines and integrate

  LLMs

  for automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Perform continuous model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization using

  MLOps best practices

  .
• Research and implement new AI techniques for enhanced model performance and scalability.

Python Development

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable

  Python code

  for AI services, backend APIs, and automation scripts.
• Develop

  microservices

  and integrate AI/ML logic using

  FastAPI / Flask / Django

  .
• Build batch and real-time automation workflows to support model deployment and orchestration.
• Ensure strong exception handling, reliability, and performance optimization across Python services.

Data Engineering & Cloud Integration

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to create training-ready datasets.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems such as CRMs, internal tools, and cloud applications.
• Deploy and manage AI models in

  Azure / AWS / GCP

  environments.
• Implement secure, scalable data pipelines to support ML workflows.

Required Skills
