Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer with strong expertise in Deep Learning and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that can understand, interpret, and generate human language across a variety of real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement deep learning models for NLP/NLU tasks such as text classification, question answering, entity recognition, and language generation.

Fine-tune large language models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5) on domain-specific datasets.

Develop scalable AI pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Perform error analysis and model performance evaluation using metrics such as F1-score, BLEU, perplexity, etc.

Stay updated with the latest research in NLP/NLU, deep learning architectures, and transformer-based models.

Contribute to codebase management, version control, and documentation of AI models and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning and NLP/NLU development.

Proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or spaCy.

Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with REST APIs and microservices is a plus.

Solid understanding of deep learning techniques such as RNNs, CNNs, LSTMs, and transformer architectures.

Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
