About Us

We’re an Australian apparel company specialising in custom printed and embroidered uniforms. Our team leverages AI tools to automate design, marketing, and business workflows — and we’re looking for an innovative AI Specialist to help take our operations to the next level.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI automations to streamline daily operations (design, pricing, chatbots, marketing).
Build and train AI assistants using platforms like Voiceflow, OpenAI, or Zapier.
Create AI workflows for image generation, vectorisation, and mock-up automation.
Integrate AI tools with backend systems (e.g., website, CRM, and order management).
Research and implement new AI solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments.
Analyse data to identify areas for automation and cost reduction.
Support staff with AI-related troubleshooting and process documentation.

Requirements

Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms (OpenAI API, Voiceflow, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript preferred.
Familiarity with image generation, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in e-commerce or digital workflow automation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
