About Us:

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Articled Assistants to join our Audit and Assurance Team as part of their Articleship training under the ICAI framework. Our team handles Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Ind AS advisory, Audit of Internal Financial Control, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for CA students who have cleared CA-Intermediate and wish to gain hands-on experience, working closely with experienced Chartered Accountants in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing audit or Ind-AS advisory projects under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Work in the Assurance division, assisting in audits or accounting advisory services, and reporting to senior auditors.
• Assist in performing audits in accordance with the firm's methodology and ICAI auditing standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of audit work performed.
• Develop an understanding of internal control systems and their impact on financial statements.
• Assist in ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Companies Act and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• CA-Inter qualification (mandatory as per ICAI rules).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop in a fast-paced and professional environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in audit assignments.
