Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Kochi. The Articled Assistant will handle tasks such as assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing tax-related documents, conducting GST audits and compliance checks, and participating in financial reporting processes. Responsibilities will also include supporting the preparation of appeal notes and representations for income tax and GST cases, along with certification and attestation services under the supervision of senior staff. Candidates will work closely with team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge in auditing, including statutory audits, internal audits, and risk assessments

Proficiency in taxation processes, including income tax and GST compliance, tax audits, and preparation for appeals

Analytical and organizational skills to assist with financial reporting, certification, and attestation tasks

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a team environment

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy

Eligibility - candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate

Basic familiarity with accounting software and tools is an added advantage
