Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our Design & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drawing and CAD software, with a creative eye for detail and a passion for precision. This role will support the development of new products and customization requests from clients by creating technical drawings, construction layouts, and digital mock-ups. Key Responsibilities Create and modify detailed technical drawings using CAD software Develop construction layouts for new and existing product designs Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective Interpret product specifications, sketches, and feedback into accurate CAD drawings Assist in product prototyping and provide design inputs to improve manufacturability Maintain an organized library of CAD files and technical documentation Ensure all drawings adhere to internal standards and customer specifications Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques Qualifications and Skills Mandatory Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (ArtCam, NX, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) Past experience with Mold Making and Machining metal dies and molds Strong skills in technical drawing, design drafting, and construction detailing Understanding of design engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes 2+ years of experience in a CAD Designer or similar role (preferred) Excellent problem-solving and visualization skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Show more Show less
