Role Overview

Art Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
conceptualization and execution
of creative campaigns across digital, social, print, and video.
Oversee and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and motion artists.
Collaborate with copywriters to develop
ideas, storyboards, and campaign narratives
.
Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients with strong storytelling and rationale.
Push boundaries with design trends, digital innovation, and cultural relevance.
Balance creativity with performance-driven design tailored for marketing objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an
Art Director or Senior Designer
in a digital/advertising agency.
Mastery of
Adobe Creative Suite
and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
Strong eye for
visual storytelling, typography, and design systems
.
Experience in
motion graphics, video content direction, or UI/UX
is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and client expectations.
