Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure creative concepts translate across all channels—digital, on-air, and print
• Direct and inspire external creative partners including design houses, animators, and freelance designers
• Work closely with the Director of Graphics to manage production schedules, team workflows, and timely project delivery
• Lead multiple art disciplines, ensuring cohesive and high-quality output
• Drive the visual web design execution for a portfolio of games and digital services
• Present creative executions to senior creative leadership, marketing teams, and executive stakeholde
• Working closely with Engineering, QA, and Product Management teams to ensure smooth development and delivery aligned with design intent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as lead artist or art director.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field is a common starting point.
• A Master of Fine Arts (MFA) or a degree in a specialized area like digital media can be beneficial for career advancement.
