https://www.rightremote.team/ Job Summary:The Finalizer is responsible for preparing high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready artwork based on initial designs. Working closely with designers and art directors, the Finalizer ensures that all creative outputs meet technical specifications, brand standards, and production requirements before delivery. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on project deadlines or client time zone requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate final artwork files for print and digital production, including packaging, brochures, ads, social media creatives, and OOH.Check, refine, and correct design files to ensure consistency in layout, color, resolution, fonts, bleed, and other specifications.Collaborate with designers to apply final tweaks, alignments, and formatting adjustments without altering the core creative intent.Liaise with printers or digital production teams to ensure file compatibility and resolve technical issues.Maintain a clear naming and versioning system for file delivery.Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.Manage preflight and file checks, ensuring files are press-ready (PDF/X, CMYK, spot colors, etc.).Retouch, resize, or adapt visuals for various formats as required.Stay up-to-date with best practices in print and digital production.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.3+ years of experience in a graphic design or finalisation role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced design environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Acrobat Pro.Deep understanding of prepress processes, color modes, resolution, file formats, and printing standards.Strong attention to detail, precision, and file cleanliness.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of digital asset delivery for web and social platforms is a plus.Preferred Qualities:A meticulous eye for detail.Strong organizational and file management skills.Reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
