Responsibilities:

• Working with other members of the art department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for the campaigns.
• Speaking with the company or client to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign/design
• Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
• Hiring, training, and supervising design team.
• Troubleshooting design, team, or process problems as they arise.
• Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign/ design align with the needs of the client or company.
• Looking for ways to improve design department processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing and other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 6 years’ of digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
• Hand-on experience in creative process, graphic design and brand development.
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
