Art & Craft Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art and Craft Teacher to join our innovative education team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned art and craft lessons live via digital studio and will also visit partner schools periodically for hands-on workshops, student assessments, and special events. This hybrid teaching model combines the flexibility of remote teaching with the connection and experience of in-person learning. Key Responsibilities: Digital Studio (Live Online Teaching): Deliver high-quality, interactive art and craft lessons to students in schools via live digital studio sessions. Prepare engaging lesson plans, presentations, and project demonstrations using digital tools. Guide students step-by-step in craft activities, ensuring participation and creativity. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. On-Site School Visits: Conduct hands-on art and craft workshops and support practical sessions. Facilitate special art projects, exhibitions, or events at schools. Coordinate with school staff for logistics, materials, and student engagement. Evaluate student work and provide in-person feedback as needed. Curriculum & Planning: Develop and adapt age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards. Innovate craft projects that foster creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression. Collaborate with the creative team to align digital and physical teaching experiences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching art and craft to school-aged children. Proficient in using digital tools for teaching (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel occasionally to schools for workshops and events. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Passionate about nurturing creativity in young learners. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in hybrid/online education environments. Familiarity with digital art tools (e.g., Canva, Procreate, Adobe tools) is a plus.
