Job Description

Required Skills and Experience

Proven hands-on experience withARIS Business Process Modelling tool
Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies, including process capture, analysis, and optimisation.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured process models (BPMN) using ARIS.
Ability to adapt existing process diagrams into an agreed standard and levels according to governance requirements.
Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to elicit process details and align processes with business goals.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct workshops and present process modelling findings effectively.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes or projects, ideally within regulated or complex organisational environments.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience modelling other operating model viewpoints other than process (eg organisational, stakeholder maps, data flow) that link into wider enterprise architecture would is desirable but not essential
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently under programme timelines.

Desirable Qualifications

Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
