Area Service Incharge

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the upkeep of service centers in Indore. Your main duties will include liaising with the store manager and sales team for service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction to prevent issues from escalating, and managing a team of service center and care center personnel. It will be your responsibility to oversee service deliverables, mentor and counsel engineers when necessary, and control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support services. Additionally, you will need to manage costs and expenses within given guidelines, ensure an adequate manpower level to handle customer calls, and provide necessary skills training to team members based on their needs and gaps. To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech degree (Preferred) and possess 6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service. Skills and competencies required for this position include familiarity with the territory, knowledge of device repair operations, product, and market knowledge, team management skills, problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and an understanding of business training requirements.
