Area Service Incharge

As the Area Service Incharge for Navi Mumbai at Jio, your primary responsibility will be resource planning, recruitment, and deployment. Key roles include partner lifecycle management, ensuring onboarding quality, and taking accountability of service deliverables. Your tasks will involve ensuring adequate manpower availability, monitoring daily performance, motivating the team, and providing proper training. Regular visits to partners and markets are required to gather customer feedback, mentor and counsel manpower, and motivate partners to achieve timely targets. Handling escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with Sales, Service, Network, and Finance teams are crucial aspects of the role. Your participation in various Business Activities as required is expected.
