Job Description

Establish and maintain the smooth functioning and upkeep of service centers.
Liaise with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective coordination in service operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to avoid issue escalations.
Motivate and manage the team at service centers and care centers to deliver consistent service quality.
Take full responsibility and accountability for service deliverables and performance.
Mentor and counsel service engineers as needed to improve technical and customer service capabilities.
Control and streamline the flow of incoming calls for on-site service support.
Manage expenses of service and care centers within established cost guidelines.
Ensure sufficient manpower availability to handle all customer service calls efficiently.
Provide relevant training to team members based on identified skill gaps and operational needs.
Oversee care center operations to ensure seamless walk-in customer support.
Continuously encourage the team to enhance performance by identifying and addressing operational gaps.

Education Required

Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech (Preferred).

Experience Required

6 to 10 years in After Sales Service.
