Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing monthly installation plans for site handover in coordination with sales, logistic, and CX teams. Additionally, you will prepare daily planning for day-to-day operations involving various teams such as sales, CX, logistic, customer, technician, and outsourced team for loading and unloading activities. It will be your duty to follow defined SOPs for each process and enhance them to align with business requirements. Ensuring that activities are executed within the installation scope defined by TAT guidelines will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Develop monthly installation plans for site handover in collaboration with sales, logistic, and CX teams - Create daily operational plans involving sales, CX, logistic, customer, technician, and outsourced teams for loading and unloading tasks - Enhance and follow SOPs for processes, making them user-friendly and aligned with business needs - Ensure activities are within the installation scope as per TAT guidelines - Plan and enhance the skills of the ground team, including in-house and outsourced members, according to their roles and responsibilities - Maintain high morale and motivation in the ground team through effective communication in formal and informal meetings - Generate post-material dispatch reports promptly and update service issues in the designated territory areas - Keep the installation register updated daily and submit progress reports to the management - Verify and submit outsourced team bills to the accounts department in a timely manner - Follow up on materials with CX and Installation head to meet service issue resolution commitments - Provide daily updates on installation and service issue statuses in concerned areas to the Installation head - Develop the Loading and Unloading team in alignment with work areas and policies - Optimize resources such as manpower, money, and materials while maintaining quality and EHS norms at work locations Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop teams - Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively - Knowledge of SOPs and process enhancement techniques - Familiarity with logistics and coordination between multiple teams - Understanding of resource optimization and quality maintenance practices,
