As an experienced professional in the field of Sales with Siemens Healthcare Private Limited, your role will involve managing and driving sales operations within the assigned geographical territory. You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite executives, department heads, and key decision-makers in hospitals / DIC's. - Providing timely market intelligence and insights to management for strategic decision-making. - Acting as a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively drive results. - Staying updated with product knowledge, solution offerings, and industry developments to deliver effective presentations to external customers. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders and collaborating across sales, service, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution. - Driving customer engagement through consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution-oriented discussions. - Fostering long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Demonstrating strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills to maximize business potential. - Representing the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
