Job Description

As a Tax professional for India within the APJ region at Siemens Healthineers, your role will involve managing and driving sales operations in the assigned geographical territory. Your main responsibilities will include: - Achieving assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently. - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite executives, department heads, and key decision-makers in hospitals / DIC's. - Providing timely market intelligence and insights to management for strategic decision-making. - Acting as a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively drive results. - Staying updated with product knowledge, solution offerings, and industry developments to deliver effective presentations to external customers. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders and collaborating across sales, service, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution. - Driving customer engagement through consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution-oriented discussions. - Fostering long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Demonstrating strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills to maximize business potential. - Representing the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in relevant streams. - 5+ years" experience in the medical device / healthcare domain.
