Job Description: As an Offline Sales Executive, your role involves owning the offline sales strategy, meeting sales targets, and serving customers and selling partners by understanding their needs. You are responsible for servicing existing accounts, establishing new ones to obtain orders, and planning and organizing for potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Additionally, you will assist higher management in developing sales goals, oversee the activities of other sales employees in the market, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Own the offline sales strategy and meet sales targets - Serve customers and selling partners by understanding their needs - Service existing accounts and establish new ones to obtain orders - Plan and organize for potential sales outlets and other trade factors - Assist higher management in developing sales goals - Oversee the activities of other sales employees in the market - Collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence Qualifications Required: - Preferred education level: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is during the day shift, and a performance bonus is offered. The work location is in person.,
