Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand activations.

Conduct field visits to identify potential customer segments, distributors, or franchise leads.

Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations for event collaborations.

Manage distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, posters, and merchandise.

Track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, pricing, and competitor trends.

Support store launches, franchise events, and health camps.

Ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all marketing activities.

Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve local marketing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

13 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion (Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory with their own travel source, i.e. self-owned vehicle.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Fluency in local language, Hindi, and English.
