Role Overview

Area Sales Managers (ASM)


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Monthly Loan disbursement targets for Housing Loans, LAP, and MSME Loans.
  • Source and activate new IBOs, DSAs, and Local Business influencers for Loan Reference.
  • Conduct regular IBO training, support documentation, and follow up for login-to-disbursement.
  • Build strong local relationships with Banks/NBFC branches for smoother processing.
  • Track lead movement, resolve processing delays, and ensure TAT adherence.
  • Generate market insights, identify new locations, and support regional expansion plans.

Qualification Criteria: -

  • 8–15 years of Sales experience in Housing/LAP/MSME Loans.
  • Strong local market knowledge and grassroots network.
  • Ability to manage channels, train IBOs, and deliver monthly loan targets.
  • Good communication, documentation, and CRM tracking skills.
