• Key responsibilities
– Managing the team of of Executives to ensure Secondary nos are achieved
- Ensure delivery of Primary nos.
- Channel Expansion
- Increasing the reach thru the Executives in the Influencer segment
- Ensuring Influencer Tie-ups as per policy – Minimum 3 in each dealer territory
- Supporting the team in finalization of Key Projects where ever required
- Supporting the Executives to achieve their Secondary targets
- Managing complaints and supporting the Executives where ever required
- Maintaining the Territory MIS
- Initiating and supporting Marketing activities
- Effectively managing Commercial aspects of the business
- Credit Control
- Co-ordinating for order placement and dispatches
- Maintaining a very co ordial relationship with the channel partners
• Shall report to the RSM / Even Senior as the case may be depending on the Territory
• Experience in similar field of minimum 3-4 years
• CTC - As per the experience and skills.
