Drive sales growth within the assigned area by developing and implementing
effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other
stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding
the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales
approaches.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and
ensure seamless execution.
Conduct regular market visits and travel within the designated region to engage with
partners and customers.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance
and market conditions.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electronics industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
