Area Sales Manager - Used Car

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area or territory. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales data, and contribute to the company's overall sales performance and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets - Channel Development - Identifications and Tie Ups with Dealers as well as Re-sellers - Resolution of PDD (if any) - Taking care of Used Vehicle Loan collection - Team Building and Channel Development - Achievement of Business Plan - Portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection - Asset Verification of the cases under processing - Taking care of Car loan business all across assigned geography - Regular review meetings with line managers - Strong check on EDs and NS cases - Building business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales management or a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data effectively - Knowledge of the automotive or financial industry is a plus Please note that the company name is Kogta and you can share your CV at support.hr@kogta.in for consideration.
