uPVC Profiles

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, fabricators, and channel partners for uPVC profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
• Provide product training and technical support to channel partners and customers.
• Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, customer support, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• 4–5 years of proven sales experience in uPVC profiles, building materials, or construction-related products.
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  

Preferred Qualities

• Strong dealer/fabricator network in the region.
• Technical understanding of uPVC profiles and window/door systems.
• Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
