Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets for instruments, reagents, and consumables across all segments in the region.
• Promote PCT and ImmunoCap technology among clinicians to boost product demand.
• Sustain and grow the Specialty Diagnostics Division, including Biochemistry, Immunodiagnostics, and Microbiology, in Eastern India.
• Successfully implement new product introductions in the clinical segment.
• Monitor and develop channel partners, ensuring alignment with AOP and company policies.
• Regularly update and register opportunities and activities on SFDC.
• Conduct promotional activities such as CME, conferences, and symposia, and participate in national and regional events.
• Provide customer demos and support to commercial labs' marketing teams.
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, particularly in the diagnostics or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Channel Management and familiarity with SFDC.
• Dedication to compliance and company policies.
