We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead generation and achieving business targets in the area/zone.
Ensure channel partners are active and doing good business.
Analyze channel partner performance and provide improvements.
Conduct station visits with support personnel and bus stand authority, including mandatory station audits by sales.
Review channel partner requirements daily and market all products/services for business development.
Collect customer feedback and testimonials (print/audio/video) and effectively utilize CRM, VWB, STA Vigil, etc.
Focus on renewal business from each customer and create an expected business plan (half-yearly) district and segment-wise, submitting it to your respective manager/HOD.
Mission One Vritti! Responsible for selling and marketing all products/services under the Vritti umbrella.
