Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement area-level sales plans aligned with SME insurance goals.
    • Drive product penetration across assigned bank branches.
    • Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Management

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bancassurance Sales Officers/Managers.
    • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
    • Ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Bank Relationship Management

    • Build strong working relationships with bank leadership (Branch Managers, Cluster Heads).
    • Conduct joint customer meetings and sales drives with bank staff.
    • Ensure alignment of insurance objectives with bank goals.

GI Experience- Minimum 12 to 15 Years

GI SME Experience - Minimum 6 Years
