Job Title:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    : Identify and reach out to new business prospects via cold calling, email, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations & Product Demos

    : Conduct engaging product presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing

    : Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring the closure of sales deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    : Stay informed on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
  • Achieving Sales Targets

    : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Reporting & CRM Management

    : Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and provide regular reports to management using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and smooth delivery of services/products.

Requirements:

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • Experience

    : 0-4 years of proven experience in sales .
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality Traits

    : Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident. Must be comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Travel

    : Willingness to travel (if required) to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
