Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Drive LAP sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned targets, both for individual sales and the branch as a whole.
Will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
Building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Managing LAP sales, managing the loan application process ,ensuring compliance, and overseeing branch administration.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
