Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Sales Development

Identify, develop, and convert leads from large-scale projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Engage with
builders, developers, plumbing consultants, and architects
to get product approvals and secure business.

Business Acquisition & Sales Execution

Achieve project sales targets through proactive client engagement and technical selling.
Coordinate with design and technical teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations.
Ensure timely execution of orders and post-sales service for institutional clients.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and site engineers.
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure smooth project execution.

Market Intelligence

Track competitor activity, pricing, upcoming tenders, and project pipeline in assigned regions.
Map and regularly update project and consultant databases.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Engineering or Marketing).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in
project sales
, preferably in
building materials
,
pipes
,
construction chemicals
, or
sanitary/plumbing products
.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network with local builders, EPC firms, and MEP consultants.
Good knowledge of project cycles, tendering, and institutional buying process.
Mobility:
Must be open to regular travel within
Vijayawada, Hyderabad
, and nearby areas.
