Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealer networks, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other day-to-day tasks include market research, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills Experience in developing and managing dealer networks Strong analytical and market research skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic plans Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the industrial coatings or related industry is a plus
