Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the growth of distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR codes and Sound boxes, and driving product sales. - Identifying and recruiting a sales team to align with business objectives in the market. - Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (ASMs). - Devising effective communication methods to relay plans and targets to the team, minimizing the gap between expectations and delivery. - Monitoring quality parameters as per management guidelines. - Validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales made by the team. To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills: - Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area. - Proficiency in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new ideas and concepts. - Self-starters who take ownership and are comfortable in ambiguous situations. - 8-12 years of experience in sales, particularly in business development and B2C markets. - Passion for working in fast-growing firms and managing large teams. - Ability to articulate complex solutions to customers at varying levels of understanding. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in quota-driven sales.
