Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive business growth for gastroenterology medical devices in the assigned region.
  • Increase penetration and market share across partner hospitals.
  • Develop and manage channel partners.
  • Build and maintain ethical relationships with KOLs and hospital staff.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and implement strategies for growth.
  • Forecast sales funnel; set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting policies and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and problem-solver.
  • High ethical standards and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Experience


  • Proven sales & market development experience in the Med-Tech sector.
  • Strong track record of delivering sales results directly and via channel partners.
  • Exposure to relevant regional markets.


Qualification


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Pharmacy.
