Established in 1994, the company offers a wide range of financial services, including vehicle loans, gold loans, loans against property, bonds, and investment advisory services. Leveraging the extensive branch network of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., it serves retail, corporate, and institutional customers. The company specializes in a comprehensive portfolio of commercial and consumer finance products such as SME loans, mortgage loans, leasing, hire purchase loans, and bill discounting.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned region, implement sales strategies, and ensure achievement of business targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding a team of sales professionals, monitoring performance, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves the preparation of regular sales reports and implementing effective measures to enhance sales productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development
Strong understanding of loan products and financial services, including vehicle loans, gold loans, and mortgage loans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data, monitor team performance, and generate insightful reports
Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behavior in Tiruchirappalli area
Familiarity with NBFC operations and regulatory requirements is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in local language(s) with the ability to communicate effectively in English
