Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory-level sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and distributors within the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, surgeons, distributors, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Promote medical devices through product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical discussions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and medical device regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory reviews for senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, service, and regulatory teams to support product launches and sales initiatives.
