Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage, train, and provide overall direction to the sales team within the assigned territory.
Set achievable and measurable sales targets for the sales team in line with business objectives.
Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring consistent progress toward sales targets.
Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and achieve or exceed targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights and performance updates with senior management.
Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet potential and existing customers and promote company offerings.
Execute sales activities through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive revenue growth.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Implement and follow structured sales management processes to identify, prioritize, and convert key prospects.
