Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and provide overall direction to the sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Set achievable and measurable sales targets for the sales team in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring consistent progress toward sales targets.
  • Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights and performance updates with senior management.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet potential and existing customers and promote company offerings.
  • Execute sales activities through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive revenue growth.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Implement and follow structured sales management processes to identify, prioritize, and convert key prospects.
