Job Description : Generate new customer leads through DSA, Connector and Other sources. Responsible for hire and train Sales Managers for business productivity. He has to drive Secured business (MLAP & STSL). Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads, empanel New DSAs and referrals to generate business Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for Direct business and DSA.
