Job Description

Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and building a productive sales team. The role requires strong relationship-building abilities and a proactive approach to achieving revenue goals.

Main Duties:

  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads through field activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Recruit and develop sales team members as needed.
  • Plan daily sales visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales figures and report progress to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to company processes.
  • Support team members with guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 3 years of experience in direct, field-based sales.
  • Strong ability to convert prospects into customers.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
