Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Area sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate BDEs, and Tele Sales teams to drive high performance and goal achievement.
  • Manage Area forecasting, budgeting, and territory allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, hospitals, and influential decision-makers.
  • Oversee major negotiations and ensure successful closure of high-value sales contracts

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Confidence in interacting with doctors and hospital staff.

• Product knowledge of minimally invasive medical equipment.

• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
