Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned territory.
Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives at the local level.

Team Management:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives (SEs) and Customer Sales Executives (CSEs).
Ensure the team's adherence to sales targets and performance standards.

Channel Partner & Distributor Management:

Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
Oversee distributor operations, handle distributor sales, and ensure primary sales targets are met.

Market Penetration & Business Development:

Expand the company's market presence by tapping into new customer segments and local markets.
Identify and penetrate key accounts and local markets to increase sales and brand visibility.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer concerns, and build customer loyalty.
Act as a key point of contact for customer relationships
