Designation Sr. Territory Manager /ASM (Project Sales) Department Sales and Marketing Location North East Region Reporting to Director Span of control Sales and Marketing Team Website: www.brllp.in Objective A dynamic leader and expert strategist for domestic market development is required. Strong Business Acumen with extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, and CRM with profit accountability. Responsibilities 1. Market mapping and planning: Preparing a Market Plan and implementing the same To develop targeting strategies within the targeted region Developing sales strategies and setting targets. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. 2. Managing Customers (On-field) for key clients Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base Resolve customer issues Dealing with major customer accounts 3. Reporting Compiling and analyzing sales figures Submit Monthly /Quarterly /Annually sales reports to Management 4. Data Management: To build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up to date. 5. Customer Management: To actively target and build prospect client relationships in assigned geographic areas. Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer, and third-party organization and builds relationships with them. 6. Liaoning with Government Officials: Interacting and dealing with various Government bodies like NHIDCL, NHAI, Government Vertical, PSU, Public Sector, State Government, Railways, etc. Requirements Experience Salary Minimum 7-10 years of Experience in Marketing and sales preferably in the Construction Chemical industry, Highway, Road, and Infrastructure.
