Job Description: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the domestic market. 2. Lead, motivate, and mentor the domestic SO team and promoters to achieve individual and team sales targets. 3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern trades and channel partners. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Forecast sales volumes and set realistic sales targets. Develop sales plans and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives. 6. Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met. 7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments. Provide training and support to the sales team and promoters to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. 8. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 9. Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control. 10. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
