Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT.
  • Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders.
  • Connecting with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them.
  • Opening up new business avenues new cities and segments.
  • Hiring and team building.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience in the Home Loans industry, as a DSA or with large and reputed lenders (banks / HFCs).
  • 2+ years of experience in managing ground teams of 50+ resources through levels of team leads.
