Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through new product launches and promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channel management.
  • Excellent distributor handling skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proven track record in Team Handling/Leading roles with excellent communication skills.
