Role Description

The Area Sales Manager for Karnataka at IRILLIC is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the designated region. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and monitoring sales performance. The Area Sales Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Science/ biomedical engineering or MBA
• Sales and Sales Strategy Development skills in medical equipment segment
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Market Research and Business Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of dealer sales people
• Experience in the surgical capital equipment segment is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of experience in medical equipment selling
• Ability for clinical demonstration of products in the Operation Theatre environment will be a plus
