Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the FMCG/Cosmetics Trade, located in Lucknow. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients and distributors. Daily tasks will include market research, sales forecasting, team leadership, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular field visits and interactions with customers and stakeholders to drive growth and maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales forecasting, and strategy development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, along with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
• Experience in the FMCG or Cosmetics industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel for field visits and customer interactions
