Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage distributor sales operations across assigned territories to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Expand retail coverage by identifying new outlets, developing routes, and improving product availability.
Drive market expansion initiatives and implement sales strategies to increase brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, claims, and credit management.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular insights to support strategic decisions.
Ensure proper execution of promotions, schemes, visibility plans, and product launches.
Train and motivate distributor sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
Prepare and share periodic sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance updates.

Requirements:

Strong experience in FMCG field sales, distributor management, and retail operations.
Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive sales initiatives.
Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
