About the Role:

Area Sales Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories.
  • Drive business growth through distributors and channel partners.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across GT channels.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue & distribution targets.
  • Develop and implement trade promotions, market activations, and visibility programs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing for smooth execution.
  • Conduct market visits for performance monitoring and competitor tracking.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the field sales team.
  • Maintain healthy credit control and collection discipline.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in

    FMCG General Trade

  • Proven track record in team handling, distributor management, and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

  • Candidates from

    Namkeen or Snacks

    category preferred.
